Multimedia Course Developer

Location: Real Group Ltd, Canterbury or Greenwich

Hours:  37.5 hours

Salary: £26,000 – £31,000 (dependent on experience & qualifications) + pension + bonus + benefits

Real Group Ltd, are looking for a Multimedia Course Developer for our growing company. This role will support the Real Group development team with the production of multimedia resources and e-learning content, help maintain and update existing courses, and to assist the Marketing team with the design of online and print collateral. At Real Group, we offer flexibility in how you work. For most roles we are able to facilitate working up to 40% of your time being worked from home. We are also happy to support other types of flexible working such as a job share. 

About you

You are a creative individual with technical skills and an eye for detail. You enjoy working as part of a team where you can continue to develop your graphic design skills and knowledge. There will be times where you must work on your own initiative, therefore being organised will be a great advantage. You also have experience in providing advice to stakeholders on the best digital solutions for their learning needs, you enjoy variety because you have the opportunity to work on different projects across the company.
