Real Group acquires Dyslexia Action Training, Shop and Guild

Following the appointment of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP as administrators for Dyslexia Institute Limited t/a Dyslexia Action, Real Group has been in negotiations with a view to acquiring the Training, Guild and Shop previously owned by Dyslexia Institute Limited. These negotiations have been successfully concluded and Real Group has now completed this acquisition.

All training courses will continue to run as planned, the shop continues to be open for business, and the Guild will continue with its same remit and governance.
